hi, i'm mike. Just like you, i'm over 40 years old with a young family of 3 whom i love so much.
I and my wife, absolutely love living in eko pearl, and the kids love it too.
We live on the 18th floor, which has a wonderful view of the ocean that would make any of your friends jealous. Lol private space for my driver and other domestic staff, within the building.
And more than enough parking space for my suv,s and security team.
For an expat and high earner in west africa or africa as a whole, safety is the most important and is first as foremost for i and my family.
Eko pearl has security covered with more than 50 security personnel on ground and security measures and cameras literally everywhere.
It makes even me feel a little too safe.
If i must say, one of my favorite things to do is to have my cup of coffee, in the morning at my balcony, watching the ships go by.
I must say, there is absolutely nothing like this in nigeria.
